Last night I got to bed an hour earlier, but felt so bad thought I was having a heart attack. I've been sick since eating at my sister's house on Saturday. She's wealthy, but has a sick obsession with getting food cheap. I saw that she had 2 packages of beef kebabs from a local grocer. They were marked down 2/3rds. That meat had to be really out of date. The plastic wrappers on both were domed like an old can goods.

At least I'm losing weight but not the good way. Feel too sick to eat. I think that I probably got a good case of food poisoning. Not sure if I should say something to her about it.

I've been going to bed about a half hour earlier every night this week. It's still late, but better.

It's okay, ladies!

I did manage to get into bed about 20 minutes earlier than usual, but I don't feel any better rested, so there's that.

I'm 4'10.5". A normal BMI for my height tops out at 121.

Your challenge for Tuesday is to GO TO BED EARLY!!! Try to hit the hay at least 15 minutes earlier than you normally do.

Let us know Wednesday morning how that feels! =)
