I started wearing my pedometer again today so I'm hoping for 5000 min steps a day x 5 days a week. I'm starting with "small goals" and working up or else I will feel under pressure and give up. That's the plan!

My goal commitment is to walk 10 minutes per day. I injured my left knee and a nerve in my left foot (at least injuries are on the same side). Got my orthotics and new, expensive shoes and started walking but thought I could do more (30 min walking). Instead I ended up hurting and not walking for another two weeks. I have to remember to start slow and build back up.

Goal reviews I'm working hard to reach my 2017 achievable goals: 5# at a time then non-food reward! Happens at my body's own pace, I will focus on repeating healthy behaviors. In 2016 I was motivated by scale going down 75-80+ emoticon This year not much change, hoovering around same ten pounds. emoticon I dealt with the disappointment... it's okay to maintain for 8 months. better for my skin to adjust. Mentally and physically my body was not ready to reduce more. emoticon Team

I'm trying to cut back on my plans for this week so I can "rest until the doctor can inject" me. That's what I was told, but man is it hard to do. I finally got to where I have a little mobility and BAM now I'm to rest?

So my plans are to:
1. Work on decluttering where necessary and then doing some deep cleaning in the living/dining rooms.
2. Walk the dog as tolerated.
3. Ride my Sit-n-Cycle 10-15 minutes a day as tolerated.
4. Yoga again on Thursday. (and water aerobics if I'm not hurting too bad)

Continue to improve my flexibility with Tai Chi .... (Post on another thread too)

For household goal:
I neatly folded all my summer stuff and wrapped up to save in a Tote until next year.
Closet is all organized; easy to find and got nice warm things out for Fall weather.
(I looked forward to this!) ..... Also got out all my snuggly jammies to cozy evenings!

I am struggling with some inflammation today.....scratching my head as to "why"...:::but I am resolved to stay consistent with clean eating, and still make my date to my gym count...all the while listening to my body's signals. I posted earlier about my zoodles, even included a picture .... and they are NO-WHERE ..... to be found! ... emoticon ......... so I will try ONE more time! .......We went to the farm today and bought tons of these ...... to make zoodles for my stir-fry dish ......... soups 'n more....

......... Now if this one disappears too, I will know it has been hijacked! ...

(also mentioned to buy in a Whole Foods store .... costs $8.00 for a medium sized package! ...... Arrrrgh!! .... will do myself!

Sounds wonderful!

Since I got a spiralizer, I have been making 'zoodles' .... i.e. zucchini turned noodles! ... Making lots of soups since Clean eating .... and stir-fry dishes. They are wonderful and you would think you are eating noodles! ... emoticon .... (Plus it is crazy to see them in stores for $8.00 a package) ..

This morning Captain 52 and I are headed out to the produce farms .... emoticon for our weekend excursion..... Then will chop lots of vegetables for meals .... Learning lots more about healthy eating and excited!
