Half way through the month....how we doin' ?
Maintaining diet and walking program are just automatic now

1) 50 minutes heavy exercise each week (doesn't sound like much, but....)
week 1 was 80 minutes; week 2 was 120; week 3 is 95
2) Social activities with Dad, Fred, 6 Grandchildren.... 30 hours?...5 events? how do I count these?.
Had 2 grandsons for 36 hours during week 1;
3 hour visit with Fred 9-18;
4 hour visit Dad;
Grand daughter 4 hours ...
3) 16 hours charitable activities
about 4 hours of sewing for hospital so far;
4 hours as clinic RN;
5 more hours sewing pockets in scrubs
Driving Daniel...6 hours

1. Stick to Bright Lines
2. At least 2,000 minutes of fitness
3. Drink 8+ cups of water daily
4. Sleep 6+ hours a night

My September goals

1. Try to get in 150 minutes of exercise per week. With my feet lately, and my job, I have been having a terrible time getting much of anything done.

2. Count calories at least 3 days a week.

3. Be grateful, find something everyday and shout it to the world.

4. Good one Avery......Finish my nieces baby blanket for her new one arriving in October.

5. Clean one room at a time on my days off.

My September goals are going to be the same ones I had for August, with a few new ones:

1. At least 1,500 exercise minutes a month

2. List things I'm grateful/happy for throughout the day before I go to bed

3. Track my food at least 25 days

4. Get at least 100 strength training exercises minutes per week

5. Finish crocheting my youngest sister's shawl

6. Send off shawl and pictures to my oldest sister
