Was helping my mom move things around in her garage. They have the boat in there. She said I would have to squeeze past the boat as there isn't much room. No squeezing for me. I slipped right through with no problems and a little extra room.

New NSV's this past weekend. My bra size went from a 38 to a 36 and my undies went from a size 9 to a size 7. I am so happy about that. It is great. I love it. I am doing so well and trying so hard.

So the new pants I bought a month or 2 ago are now lose on me. I can slide them off without undoing them. So it may be time for new pants again in a little bit. I can still wear them so not going to rush out to buy anything but if I find something I like I might pick it up.

So I got my finger sized. I went from a 9.5 which is what my ring is to a 7.5. That is awesome. Who knew I could go down 2 whole sizes in just 45 pounds of weight loss.

OMG My engagement ring now fits on my middle finger comfortably. Not squeeze and easy to remove. I have been having to use plastic ring sizers for a month now and I am almost ready to get my ring sized. Don't want to do it until I am done losing weight though. I am happy about this. It is a great NSV today.

So I went last night to buy myself a new pair of jeans. I wear a size 16. I am down from a size 24. I am super excited. I am not sure what pant size I will wear at the end of losing weight but I am super excited.

New Non-Scale Victory. I have to keep pulling my underwear up. That and my pants keep wanting to fall down and they are an elastic waist. So it is time to buy new pants.

Waterbugette - I have a sit down job too. I usually do 3 20 minute laps around the office and hit about 6,000 steps for the day. It is hard to get all my steps in. When I was doing over 10,000 steps a day it made me extremely tired all the time. Way to go on almost hitting your steps yesterday though.

I just did 4 sets of 10 reps of crunches. I haven't been able to do those in a long time. Usually my back hurts too bad to lay on the floor. It felt good actually but weird. I am not use to that. I am going to be doing more crunches.

Well I had an NSV yesterday. I started intervals. Which is walking for a distance and then jogging for a distance. I was actually able to do that for 20 minutes without getting winded. My calves were sore but that was all.

Gradually stepping it up is such a good way. Good for the body and the mind! I took that to heart and took a very short, very slow walk today. I'm going to call that a step in the right direction! ;-)

Waterbugette - Way to go on hitting so many steps. I had to back off my steps for a little bit because I got extremely exhausted after a couple of days. So I am going to gradually step it up rather than jumping in head first.

That is so true. I was exhausted for a couple of day and I did no workouts those days because I didn't want to make it worse. Good for you for figuring that out.

What I've realized is that I can make Progress through baby steps & consistency, and I do Not have to focus on Perfection (see my signature line). There are days I totally blow, some days I don't exercise . . . but I listen to my body. That's something I didn't do until fairly recently. So if I need to rest, I rest. At 69, it took me a Long time to learn that one! I hope anyone reading this takes it to heart Way before then! emoticon

Brought all of the unopened junk food to work to give away. I just can't have it at home. No matter what else is available to eat, that's what I always go for first. Never done this before. Can't exercise right now, but it I feel like it's a victory step. PS not used to tooting my own horn, so that's a victory, too!
