I hit the exercises yesterday (Saturday) for day 2... working on day 3 tonight before bed... but... I'm still using the Day 1 exercises. I held my plank for 10 seconds yesterday. :)

My goal is to get stronger this year. Simple exercises like this daily and build upon them.

Baby steps.

WarriorforLife and 2020 is the year..... My plank was not pretty, just as I suspected. I am pretty sure I didn't get the whole 25 secs in. So, you are not alone!!
But, we have started and it can only go up from here, as we get stronger!! emoticon emoticon

@_WARRIOR4LIFE - I can read your new pic when I enlarge it. I know what you mean about how much weaker you feel. I'm noticing that too when I'm doing ST. I've really lost a lot of strength. I plan on doing Day 2 today and will report when I do it.

Fully completed day 1 this morning.... I am not very strong at all. emoticon

I plan to continue to repeat day 1 until I am stronger, than move on to Day 2.

Eye opening for me this morning.

I could only plank for 9 seconds.

I remembered to do the wall sit. emoticon Oh well, tomorrow, day 2 is the same. :) I have to remember to look at it when I get home and I have more energy!!!



If you make your screen bigger can you see it?

I may end up stuck on Day 1 forever.

Day 3:
25 squats
30 second plank
10 reverse crunches
20 lunges
15 push-ups
20 crunches
20 second wall sits

I'm starting this tomorrow. Hope to do every morning or evening.



Hard to read... but day 1 & 2 are:
20 squats
25 second plank
10 reverse crunches
15 lunges
10 push ups
15 crunches
15 second wall sit

It increases a little more every few days... I will post more as we go, if anyone is interested.
