EO4WELLNESS, I love this November Health Challenge you have done here.

It has motivated me to at least want to try the stretches, one a day. I have been wanting to learn yoga for some time. This looks like the basics. Am I right? I bought a yoga DVD and looked at it once. Then got sidetracked. You know how that goes...

emoticon I almost lost this thread. I found it this morning or yesterday and couldn't remember where I saw it. I knew you had started the thread but I just couldn't remember what team it was. I would love it if you would set a "December Health Challenge" upon the Keto - Intermittent Fasting & Dr. Berg's Videos team or the WOMEN ~ BABY BOOMERS (1946.to.1964) team.

This is such a good idea EO4WELLNESS.

Want to do something easy to accomplish but can still make a difference? Why not do a daily bit of motion, drink some fluids, and do a stretch or two? November can make or break our year with the focus shifting from outdoor activity/good weather to more times indoors, daylight getting shorter, cooler weather, more social activities throughout the month and next. Before you know it, it can be January and you're starting all over. Having realistic and attainable goals helps a lot!

Why not do a bit of daily movement (walk in place or do "speed bag" arms in the air for a few minutes if you don't have time for anything else) and then do a simple stretch. Your body will thank you. One of these stretches not right for you? Pick the "extra credit" link to find one which does work for your circumstances. Hope you have an awesome month!
