Weigh-in this morning was 232.8. I posted a 5 pound loss this week but only because I had been on a stress eating binge for a couple of weeks and this week was like starting over, yet again. I'm hopefully getting better at recognizing the signs of spiraling out of control and will be much better at stopping it if/when it happens again.

Guess I was totally wrong with my last post...June starting point 235 lbs. emoticon Have already made some changes for the better, starting with a 20 minute walk first thing this morning. Not dwelling...learning!
