Hi I just joined this team this past weekend so I will post my quarterly (end of March) at that time. So, for the time being, I am following the SP Diabetes Meal Plan (and I agree with Annette on this) and I am really focusing on my food plan. Exercise has come slower but I am not giving up. I broke two toes about 2 weeks ago and I also had that nasty flu that was going around not to mention I was mourning the lose of my Dad so I was just coming out of a depression and grief period.

However, I am stoked and ready to take on this coming calendar year.

This is not a race to the finish but a journey to the end.

I started my healthy lifestyle change on 12/25/15. I weighed in at 344.6 pounds. As of 2/25/16, I am down 44.1 pounds and 17 inches. Not bad for 60 days. I did not work out the first 6 weeks because I wanted to concentrate on my eating. I think I have that where I want it so I added in cardio 2 weeks ago. I am starting strength training next week.

Catiatm: Hang in there. Hope it gets better soon.

I hurt my knee pretty badly in November. It is really putting a crimp in my style and making ti hard to be active. My colleagues are all pretty healthy and say stupidly ignorant things. I know they're just unable to understand what I'm going through, but it still annoys me.

Anyway, it's been a long week, but life goes on. emoticon
