The bread is awesome. The smell alone has been worth cooking in the crockpot. House has smelt wonderful for most of the day. Stuck recipe down in recipe section for future reference.

Here it is for now:
1 frozen loaf of uncooked bread. grease loaf pan and bread. Place in slow cooker on trivet. Cook on low for 2-3 hrs to thaw bread and rise. Cook on high 2-3 hrs to cook bread.

I would assume that if you had a favorite bread recipe that it would work the same way, just not as long on low since it wouldn't need to thaw.

Slow Cooker Macaroni & Cheese

This delicious and thinned-down macaroni and cheese recipe is easy to make and requires very little effort.
365 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

1 lb. box Barilla Plus Penne/Elbows
2 12 oz. cans Evaporated nonfat milk
3 C. Nonfat Milk, nonfat
.75 C. Egg substitute (you could sub 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, but the nutrition values will change)
4 C. 50% Light Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp. Salt
2 T. Hot Pepper Sauce
3 T. Garlic powder
2 T. Onion powder
2 T. Ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in the crock of a slow cookers and mix well. Pasta will be uncooked. Cover tightly and cook on high 2-3 hours.

Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

This rice pudding is delicious and very easy to make. The short grain rice in the recipe is necessary to get the right consistency.
245 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

1 C. Short grain rice (or other glutinous rice such as Arborio)
.25 C. Sugar
.25 C. Splenda
1 can Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1 can Regular Evaporated Milk
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1 t. Cinnamon, ground (or to taste)
1 t. Nutmeg (or to taste)
.25 t. salt

Measure all ingredients and put into the crock of a slow cooker. Cover tightly and cook on high 2-4 hours, or until rice is tender and pudding is creamy. A 1/2 C. of raisins may be added to the pudding in the last hour, if desired. Splenda may be successfully substituted for the .25 C. of sugar.
*Cook's Note: After over-cooking this the first time I made it, I recommend checking on it every 30 minutes or so after the first 2 hours.
