5/11-Water aerobics. Knees feel better. In the summer, my knees usually feel better. Trying to outside more. Need to be careful about how hard I put my foot on the pavement.

5/7-Forty minute round trip local walk with my husband to get his COVID shot. For me this was a relative long outside walk. My husband walks very fast and it gets me in the cardio range.

I did what was for me a normal prepandemic walk(I had to visit someone near the physical location of where I work but now I work at home).

On my fitbit it generated 52 minutes of activity. My goal is to push up walking which has been in sharp decline so arthritis/pandemic.

I have been achy the past couple of weeks but feel better now.

Today I did water aerobics/water walking. I also did my knee exercises and some outdoor walking. My goal is to do outdoor walking most days. With the pandemic i and winter I have done much less outdoor walking.
