I'm late to the party, but I'll join in!

1/13 Update: WOW! I underestimated myself! I'm gonna hit goal at the end of the week if I keep up this pace!! I've adjusted my future goals.

1/28 Update: Right now I'm just below my final goal weight, but hopefully I can lose more before then! So happy I did this challenge!!

2/3 Update: I did great! Now I just need to figure out how to make this scale continue to go down!!!

Doesn't look like I will meet my big goal of 9.5 lbs. it has been as slow month of losing this weight. only 1/2 lb this week. AT leaset it keeps going down!

I hope this helps me get started losing! Since I'm a few days behind the curve, I don't know if 5 pounds is doable, but I'm going to give it a try.
