Well, started off slower this month, but managed to pull a big loss off in the final stretch was still happy with a loss period but managed to go from barely 5 to almost 8 which I really didn't expect!

Wow JEWLCZ Your are doing awesome!

Scale moved in the wrong direction for me. We had severe storms at the house and no power last night. Was in the middle of a workout when the lights went out. Today is a new day and I will get it moving back down. Just have to make myself drink water. Not a fan of it. But I know it is a huge part of this process.
