Im in as usual, hopefully this is the time I will lose.

Feb 26 - 172 pounds
March 5 - 170 pounds
March 12 - 172 pounds Like mommb I am hoping to get off this 2 pound roller coaster. I partially know what went wrong though. Due to car problems and being sick this week did not exercise. Also eating has not been the greatest this week.

March 26 - 170 pounds; could this be a trend I hope so.

Feb. 26--I think about 176. I keep going up because of the overeating (prednisone) issue. I'm going to work on that first, but I thought I would post my weights anyway. You never know--I might succeed in losing a few!
March 5 -About 178.
March 12 -About 179, but I haven't had a real binge in a few days. Still on steroids and retaining water.
March 19 -? Finally off the steroids but starting another med that might cause me to be hungrier than usual--but I get to work up to the full dosage, so maybe it won't happen. Hoping it helps with my bad headaches. I will try to weigh in on the next WI day to see what's happening, even though I haven't been trying to lose.

No big surprise at my weigh in today was up 3 and I'm 99% sure it's due to the steroids I've been on all week due to my lung infection/almost pneumonia. My eating was good but my exercise lacked due to being sick as well. Next week I expect greater things!

Wow! Everyone is doing so well with their weight loss! I'm impressed. Hang in there Cristina: you just have to mix things up to break a plateau...the curves thing will probably help.

And, Janet...maintaining is just as good as losing! It means your body is adjusting, so keep plugging away!

That is +2 for me
I am really disappointed in the scale! Not sure what is going wrong! I had some really good workouts this week too. I am really discouraged. I am definately going check out our local curves on Monday. Maybe if I add that to what I am already doing I can get out of the 180's!!! I have been 185-180 since last AUG.
