Wow my first day at the challenge: I did two reps of each today. This was a 45 minute work out. I then did 30 minutes of free step walking rythm two and made 3100 stepps over and above the 2400 required I really feel awesome today.

CHALLENGE: Mar 25 - 31 Spring Cleaning

It's time for us to dive into the new season with a little Spring cleaning workout. Now, I'm not saying that your house needs as much cleaning as mine; but the plan is to do these activities each day to help trim and tone us for the season.

The plan is to do the following daily if possible; but at least 3 times this week:

You pick the level or duration to do.

Deep Breathing - to rid your head of cobwebs
Chair Pose - to stand on while cleaning those high places
Triceps Extensions - to reach and clean every nook and cranny
Table Tilt - polish that table top to a sheen
Free Step, Free Run or Island Cycling - as you dash through the house. You decide which to do; alternating each day is my plan.
Sun Salutation - to stretch after all that aerobic 'cleaning'

Remember, if there is any exercise you cannot do safely, then please pick a substitute. For example, if the run/walk isn't good for you, then do boxing or hula - just make it energetic.

I hope you enjoy this Spring cleaning and toning session.
