This is such a frustrating game! I had to ask my DH to show me his trick since he's got the 10 best scores on the leader board. I mean most of his scores are well over 75 points. Finally -- after 7 tries -- I could record three decent totals for the Challenge.

Total Today = 50 Minutes on Wii Fit Plus
Total Steps = 10,685
Heart Activity Minutes = 40 min
Miles Traveled = 4.4 miles

Well I had a wii day. I went through and did each of the training plus one time, aerobics all one time, and balance all one time. I had a total of 125 minutes. You can tell that I was the only one home.

Hiking in the wilderness is my fave outdoor activity! I also enjoy walking my dog but he likes to stop and smell the flowers too much so we end up moving like slugs on dog walks. LOL

The exercises are kept at a basic level so it's fun for everyone. We are gradually adding to our workouts, but you have the choice to keep it at a level most suitable for you.
