Thanks to all! -- So great to be back.

Though no time to itemize all my Wii minutes, here is a summary of my exercise last week...

WFA = 26, RA = 50
Wii Aerobics: 5 hours or so over, mostly Free Walk/Run and Free Step
Strength Trng: Dumbbell 2 days and Kettlebell DVD 1 day
