The holidays are coming up and that can be a difficult time with all parties and baked goods. So here is a November challenge for you:

1. Drink at least eight - 6 oz. glasses of water a day
2. Pass on one temptation a day (more if you can!)
3. Exercise at least 20 minutes each day. This can be all at once or split up throughout the day.
4. Eat at least 6-8 fruits and vegetables a day.
