Let's figure out what's going on in our lives. Are we getting enough exercise? Eating the right foods? Riding our motorcycles enough? Most points in August will get a SparkGoodie!! Post at the END of the week. I will update the challenge each week. We will have a weekly winner and overall winner.

Limit on exercise per day is 60 minutes.
Limit on fruits and veggies per day is 8.
Limit on motorcycle riding per day is 360 minutes (6 hours)


Posting will look like this:
August 1 - August 6

Exercise:20+60+20+60+20+20=160
Fr/Veg:5+8+5+8+8+8=42
Riding:0+0+0+0+120+360=480
Total: 682
