Great Idea. I've been doing ok with just watching food I eat. Now I need to start with the exercise. I've always had trouble trying to schedule a weeks worth of exercise. But the idea of just doing 10 minutes today, it probably doable.

Since we are trying to revamp the Lexington Team lets start out slow with challenges.

For March, lets set a goal of increasing your activity level. If you normally exercise 3 days a week, try for 4. If you exercise none, then set a goal for 10 mintues every other day. Then post here what you are doing. We are here to encourage you and hopefully gained some ideas.
