Back again, the move set me back and I've had trouble getting back on the wagon. But I think I'm finding my stide again.

203 the lowest I have been in 20 years. Here is the challenge from this thread. I copied and posted it up here as a reminder.

Look at you, you're almost there. By now you've noticed a difference in the way your clothes fit from when you first got to town.
Time to work on posture and flexibility. Find a good yoga routine or just a general stretching routine. Cathe Friedrich and Karen Voight both have a good stretch video out.
Yoga is also a good way to improve posture and flexibility.
Increased flexibility will make every thing you do just a little bit easier and good posture makes you look thinner. So there's no reason not to improve it.

Still here. Half hour til my drills (maybe).

Waiting for the Rachel Brice video to come from Netflix before I start some yoga. She has a yoga and isolation video just for belly dancing. If you read my dirty motivation you know why I'm so hot on the drills right now.

Okay so today was official weigh in day. And when I first got on, it read 200.4. I didn't believe it, so I got on again and it moved to 201.8. At this point, I didn't know what to believe, so I waited a few minutes again and it stayed at 201.8. Just to be sure, I weighed again a few minutes later. So the official weight for today is 201.8. I'm moving on down to the 1st floor. Yippee.

I walked for 20 minutes today. Not much but I'm still recovering from a case of strep throat, so not much energy. But it was a beautiful day and felt good to move a little bit. In the morning, we will see what the scale thought of my day today. A little movement there too would be really great.

I am tentatively here. Checked the scale this morning and I'm 203, but I'm not logging it until tomorrow when I officially do my weekly weigh in. So excited! Makes my goal of Onerderville by 2010 a possibility!
