The St. Patricks Day Challenge ends today. I hope everyone has accomplished this challenge with success. Hope to see some responses on how things went for you this past week.

3/18 - Outdoor activity - Fishing for 2 hours
3/19 - Walk/Run - 4 miles - 43min - burned 685 calories

My St.Patricks day was a blast spent it with many old and new friends. I received a nice friendship pendant from stranger. emoticon but I guess that's what its all about.

Sounds great I'm in! I'm running my first ever 5k (the Shamrock run) and I'm so excited so that will definitely help me get my burn.

Hey you St Pattys day people. Lets do a challenge for the week of St Patricks Day starting 3/12 - 3/19. I challenge you to complete:

Burn at least 500 calories
Do at least one workout DVD of your choice
Do at least 2 outdoor activities
Work out for at least 30 min two to three times.
Watch or read an inspirational story and share it in the forum it does'nt matter what the topic is.

Share your progress in this forum.

Also share a story of how you spent your St. Patricks Day.
