Kale. I love making salads with it.

it is still early for locally grown stuff, but bell peppers are starting to get cheaper. i can eat them raw without dressing. late spring and summer are better because i start getting stuff from my own garden or farmers market.

Love my salads - lettuce, tomato, celery, onion, and a bit of cheese. For spring veggies, I love strawberries but they give my son migraines so we only have on this birthday in May.
