I'm 45 I was thinking about how fasting will make my weight lost journey look. I lost 2 pounds so far, but I feel like I had to really push it. Compared to when I first lost weight in my 30 s. I had a gym membership then. Now it's no gym just you tube videos and hand weights and me not wanting to die before I have to.
